Returns, Refunds, & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is our most important concern.
- Website: ReducingTheRisk.com: If you are not completely satisfied with your membership to the website, please contact our customer care team at RTRcustserv@christianitytoday.com.
- Products: including Reducing The Risk Kits: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days and we will provide a full refund. If you contact us within 30 days of the ship date you will receive a full refund to the credit card you used; if it has been 31-60 days, your refund will be issued in the form of a check (excluding shipping and handling charges).
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS: For prompt processing please include a written explanation of why you are returning the product, your name, & address, your account #, and the item # of the product(s) you are returning. (You will find the item # on the packing slip. Or feel free to mail back the entire packing slip with your return).
DAMAGED GOOD RETURNS: If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact Customer Service at 800-222-1840. Damaged or defective items can be substituted for a product of equal or lesser value, or you can be refunded for the purchase price of the product.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong product is received.

- Downloadable Products: If you are not completely satisfied with the items you purchased, we will gladly provide you with another downloadable product (that is an equal or lesser price) completely free. Please e-mail our Customer Support Center at Store@ChurchLawTodayStore.com, or call toll-free at 877-247-4787. Some restrictions apply.
- Print Publications: If you subscribe to one of our sister newsletters (Church Law & Tax Report or Church Finance Today) and are not completely satisfied, notify us in writing and we will provide a refund. If you decide to cancel after your first two issues, we will provide a prorated refund based upon the amount you paid for the subscription and the number of issues you have remaining.
